How this affects your community

Adelaide Strata & Community Management‘s (ASCM) office is now closed for the duration of lockdown. Business is as usual safely. All staff are working from home and available by phone and email for normal communications.

FACE MASKS: Must be worn in all common areas including foyers, hallways, reception areas, mailbox areas, stairwells, carparks, lifts and any shared facilities.

MEETINGS: All scheduled meetings will be moved to teleconference only until advised otherwise. Please contact your Community Manager for assistance if you are unsure how to join a meeting. Alternatively utilise the StrataVote option for pre-voting. It’s convenient and you are then not required to dial into the meeting.

PROXY FORMS: If you have posted a proxy form for a meeting to our office, please call us immediately on 8490 1300 to advise. Postal deliveries are interrupted during lockdown and we wish to record your proxy for a meeting.

CONTRACTORS: Please understand contractors are also impacted by these restrictions. Repairs and maintenance will likely be delayed unless deemed essential services.

ASCM will continue to provide you with timely updates as information comes to hand. Please refer to the SA government website for any clarification or contact your Community Manager.

We thank you for your understanding and compliance in helping to keep all residents safe.
